abstract PURPOSE:To enhance stability and color developing performance and to alleviate fog at the time of continuous processing by preparing a photographic developing solution composition containing an aromatic primary amine color developing agent and a compound represented by a specified formula. CONSTITUTION:The color photographic developing solution composition is prepared by incorporating the aromatic primary amine color developing agent and the compound represented by formula I in which each of X<1> and X<2> is -CO- or -SO2-; each of R<1>-R<6> is H or alkyl; R<7> is alkylene or arylene; each of m<1>, m<2>, and n is 0 or 1. This silver halide color photographic sensitive material is processed with the developing solution containing the aromatic primary amine color developing agent and the compound of formula I but substantially no benzyl alcohol.
