PURPOSE: To provide the title film having an excellent persistent deodorizing effect, by molding a high-molecular material contg. a metal phtha locyaninepolycarboxylic acid into a film. n CONSTITUTION: A high-molecular material (A) (e.g., PE) is mixed with 0.1W20wt% metal phthalocyaninepolycarboxylic acid (B) of the formula (wherein M is a metal; and X is H or COOH) (e.g., iron phthalocyanine-octacarboxylic acid) and optionally, a plasticizer, powder (e.g., silica), a moisture absorbent chitosan, etc. (C).
