titleOfInvention Mixed acid-type polymerizable phospholipid derivative and production thereof
abstract NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by the formula [R1 and R2 are different from each other, and one of them represents 10-22C fatty acid residue and the other represents represents acyl expressed by the formula R0CH=CHCH =CHCO (R0 represents 5-17C alkyl)]. EXAMPLE:1-Palmitoyl-2-( 2E,4E-octadecadienoyl )-L-3-glycerophosphorylethanola mine. USE:A stable raw material for preparation of ribosomes, having superior biocompatibility. PREPARATION:A monoacyl-L-3-glycerophosphorylcholine obtained by hydrolyzing a lecithin with phospholipases A1 and A2 is reacted with an 1-acylimidazole obtained from both a long-chain diene carboxylic acid expressed by the formula R0CH=CHCH=CHCOOH and an N,N'-carbonyldiimidazole, in the presence of sodium imidazole. Then after hydrolysis thereof, it is further reacted with N-tritylethanolamine in the presence of a catalyst.
