abstract PURPOSE:To fix a toner image on the surface of a substance to be printed with heat and to effectively prevent a roller from local abrasion by injecting liquid Si rubber with a prescribed hardness to a surface layer consisting of a PFA tube fixed at a pulled state by upper, lower and cylindrical molds and hardening it with heat. CONSTITUTION:The tube 6 consisting of a copolymer PFA formed by tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl perfluorovinylether and having fixed outer diameter, thickness and length and obtained by inside adhesion processing is arranged on the inner surface of the cylindrical mold 3 coaxially with a mandrel 4 having a prescribed diameter and length and obtained by adhesion processing. The end part of the tube 6 is fixed so as to be pulled by an upper mold 1, a lower mold and the cylindrical mold 3 and liquid silicon rubber with a prescribed hardness is injected from an injection hole 5 formed on the upper mold 1 by using an injection molding machine and hardened with heat to obtain a heat fixing part roller.
