abstract |
PURPOSE: To obtain a silicone compsn. which forms gel for the production of complicated electronic components, by blending a specified polyorganohydrogensiloxane with a specified polyorganosiloxane and a specified catalyst. n CONSTITUTION: The following three components AWC are blended. (A): a polyorganohydrogensiloxane having a viscosity of 50W10,000cp at 25°C and an average of 0.1 or more hydrogen atoms attached to a silicon atom per molecule, a wherein the remaining org. groups attached to a silicon atom are (substd.) monovalent hydrocarbon groups having no aliph. unsaturated group; (B): a polyorganosiloxane having an average of two or more vinyl groups attached to a silicon atom per molecule in an amount of 0.1W3.0 vinyl groups per hydrogen atom attached at a silicon atom in the component A; and (C): 0.01W50ppm (in terms of catalytic metal; based on the combined amount of the components A and B) of a catalyst selected from among those based on platinum, palladium and rhodium. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio |
