titleOfInvention | Needle valve |
abstract | PURPOSE: To improve the extent of lubricating ability, by setting material for a needle valve to such one in which fluororesin powder and abrasion resisting inorganic powder both are mixed in synthetic resin. n CONSTITUTION: A needle valve 1 is of plastics, provided with a valve body part 3 and a socket part 2, and the valve part 3 and the socket part 2 are all formed with synthetic resin. As for the synthetic resin, such polyoxymethylene that is 100W300kgf/mm 2 in modulus of elasticity, HRR70W130 of Rockwell hardness in its hardness and less than 0.3 in a friction factor, besides good in heat resistance at less than 100°C, is suitable in use, and a mixture of fluororesin powder and abrasion resisting inorganic powder is added to it as much as a weight part of 1W40. As for the fluororesin, tetrafluoroethylene resin is used, and as for the inorganic powder, more than one kind of molybdenum disulfide powder, mica powder, etc., are used. Doing like this, lubricating ability is improved, and abrasion resistance is also made so favorable. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio |
