titleOfInvention Porous substance for forming molded composite
abstract PURPOSE:To provide the titled substance containing pores having specific structure and constituting the porous texture, suitable for deep draw forming, effective in preventing the damage of textile caused by the ooze of foamable synthetic resin stock liquid through formed pinholes and capable of easily providing a formed article having excellent quality. CONSTITUTION:For example, a water-soluble polymer is mixed to a film-forming polymer, a polar organic solvent solution of the obtained polymer is applied to a substrate and the film-forming polymer is coagulated by introducing the coated substrate into a coagulation bath to obtain the objective substance wherein the pore constructing the outer porous texture has a circular form having a ratio of the major diameter (L) to minor diameter (l) of 1-2.5 and a major diameter of <=300mum. The film-forming polymer for forming the above substance is preferably a polyurethane polymer, etc., and the water-soluble polymer is preferably hydroxyethyl cellulose.
