titleOfInvention | Composition containing drugs for circulatory organs |
abstract | PURPOSE: A composition containing medicines for circulatory organs that contains a combination of medicines for circulatory organs with phospholipids, cyclodextrin and/or collagens, thus accelerating the translocation of the medicines into blood and increasing their therapeutic effect with improved duration of their effects. n CONSTITUTION: The objective composition is obtained by using (A) 100pts.wt. of medicines for circulatory organs such as antistenocardiac, or antiarrhythmic, preferably a compound of 2,000 or less, especially 1,000 or less molecular weight, being soluble in lipid, e.g., isosorbiddinitrate, nifedipine or propranolol and (B) 5 or more pts.wt., preferably 10W30pts.wt. of at least one, preferably 2 or more selected from phospholipids, cyclodextrins and collagens. The resultant composition has increased absorptivity into body, especially absorptivity through skins with improved duration in medicine absorption into bodies. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio |
