PURPOSE:To obtain the titled substance, by blending a primary agent containing a blend obtained by replacing xylene in a solution of trimethylsiloxysilicate with methylpolysiloxane with a secondary agent consisting of triethanolamine, etc., and water while stirring and cooling. CONSTITUTION:4% blend obtained by replacing xylene in 63% solution of trimethlsiloxysilicate, which is formed by resubstituting Na in water glass with trimethylsilyl group, in xylene with methylpolysiloxane is stirred with 6% stearic acid, 1.5% stearyl alcohol and 2% liquid paraffin at 80 deg.C to give 100% total amounts and dissolved to give a secondary agent. The primary agent is added to the secondary agent while being stirred and emulsified to give the aimed substance. The creamy milky lotion is simply and inexpensively obtained and the skin can be protected for a long period. |
