titleOfInvention | Emulsifiable polyisocyanate composition |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain the titled composition, capable of providing an aqueous emulsion having excellent preservation quality and dispersion stability and high general-purpose properties and useful as crosslinking agents, adhesives, etc., by blending an organic polyisocyanate with a specific emulsifiability imparting agent. n CONSTITUTION: The aimed composition obtained by initially reacting (A) a polyoxyethylene monoalkyl ether (preferably polyoxyethylene monomethyl ether) having 250W1,500mol.wt. with (B) fatty acid esters (preferably esters of oleic acid) containing plural OH groups and (C) an organic polyisocyanate (preferably 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate, etc.) to provide a compound having the components (A) and (B) linked with the component (C) and blending an organic polyisocyanate compound which is a film-forming component with the above- mentioned compound as an emulsifiability imparting agent in an amount of 0.5W50wt.% based on the organic polyisocyanate. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio |
