PURPOSE: To obtain a medicinal pharmaceutical, containing 24,25- dihydroxycholecalciferol as an active ingredient and capable of remarkably accelerating a bone fracture curing process by oral administration. n CONSTITUTION: An oral curing accelerator for bone fracture obtained by containing 24,25-dihydroxycholecalciferol [hereinafter referred to as 24,25-(OH) 2 -D 3 ] as an active ingredient. Although any of 24R,25-(OH) 2 -D 3 and 24S,25-(OH) 2 -D 3 or mixtures thereof may be used as the above-mentioned compound, the 24R,25-(OH) 2 -D 3 is especially preferred and contained in an amount of 0.00002W4wt.%, preferably 0.0002W1wt.% in an unit dosage form.
