PURPOSE: A membrane which has been made from a specific polymer capable of forming hydrogen bonds is used to effect of separation of cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone using a simplified equipment of an energy-saving type in high efficiency and high selectively. n CONSTITUTION: A membrane of a polymer of the formula (R 1 , R 2 are alkyl; R 3 , R 4 are H, OH, carboxyl, acid anhydride, ester, amide where they are not H simultaneously; m is 0.1W0.7; n is 0.3W0.9) such as N-vinylpyrrolidone- acrylonitrile copolymer flat or spiral membrane, is used to separate cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone from a solution containing them, preferably a solution which is obtained in the production of caprolactam. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio |
