titleOfInvention Ultraviolet-curable composition
abstract PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition satisfying sensitivity, adherability and hardness simultaneously, effectively usable for making printed-wiring boards, comprising a monomer having ethylenic unsaturated group and specific two kinds of photopolymerization initiator. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) 100pts.wt. of a monomer having ethylenic unsaturated group [e.g., 2-hydroxyethyl(meth)acrylate, ethyl phenoxyethyl (meth)acrylate] and (B) pref. 4-14pts.wt. of two kinds of photopolymerization initiator, i.e., B1: a compound of formula I (R<1> is H or alkyl) (e.g., a compound of formula II) and B2: a compound of formula III (R<2> is H or alkyl) (e.g., a compound of formula IV or V) in the weight ratio B1/B2 = pref. 1/1.5-1.5/1.
