abstract PURPOSE:To inexpensively obtain the titled composition capable of forming an image having the thick film and the high resolution in a nonflammable developer by incorporating a specified unsatd. compd. in the titled composition. CONSTITUTION:The titled composition contains the unsatd. compd. (C) and a photoinitiator such as a thioxanthone. Said compd. (C) is obtd. by allowing the unsatd. compd. (A) to additionally react with the unsatd. compd. (B) in the amount of the equivalent ratio of an isocyanate contd. in the compd. (B) to a hydroxyl group contd. in the compd. (A) of a range of 0.6-1.4. And said unsatd. compd. (A) is obtd. by allowing a novolak type epoxide resin to additionally react with an unsatd. carboxylic acid, and said unsatd. compd. (B) is obtd. by allowing a diisocyanate to additionally react with a (meth)acrylate having one hydroxyl group in a molecule. And, the compd. (A) has the ratio of an acidic equivalent to an epoxide equivalent of 0.1-0.4, and the compd. (B) has the ratio of a hydroxyl equivalent to an isocyanate equivalent of 0.52-0.60.
