titleOfInvention | Production of porous sheet |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a porous sheet excellent in heat resistance, etc., and uniform in porosity, etc., by mixing a photocurable resin, etc., with a noncurable component, applying the mixture to a releasable substrate and curing it, peeling the cured resin layer from the substrate and eluting the noncurable component with a washing solution. n CONSTITUTION: A coating agent containing a curable resin (e.g., urethane acrylate prepolymer) which cures upon irradiation with ultraviolet rays or electron beams and an elutable noncurable component (e.g., dimethylformamide) is prepared. This coating agent is applied to the surface of a substrate from which a cured resin layer can be peeled, and the coated surface is irradiated with ultraviolet rays or electron beams to form a cured resin layer. The formed resin layer is peeled from the surface of the substrate. and the obtained cured resin layer is introduced into and passed through a washing solution (e.g., ethyl acetate) which can dissolve the noncurable component in the resin layer to elute the noncurable component. In this way, a porous sheet can be obtained. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio |
