titleOfInvention Molding method for composite panel
abstract PURPOSE:To obtain easily a composite panel whose curved surface is gentle, by a method wherein a plate body is given to a one side mold of a pair of resin molding molds having a molding surface in a state of a curved surface form, a resin foam material is given to the backside of the plate body either before mold clamping of the other mold or after that and the same is reacted and cured. CONSTITUTION:A molding surface 141 of a bottom force 14 is formed after a curved surface form of the surface 101 of a composite panel 10 to be obtained after molding and a molding surface 151 of a top force is formed after a curved surface form of the backside 102 to be obtained after the molding. A thin steel sheet 111 is given and mounted on the molding surface 141 of the bottom force 14, a thin steel sheet 131 is given to the molding surface 151 of a top force and attracted to a magnet 152 of the top force 15 for holding. Isocyanate and polyol as a resin foam material 16 are mixed up with each other and given to the backside of the thin steel sheet 111. Mold clamping of the top and bottom force 15, 14 is performed and after reaction/ cure of the resin foam material 16, the molded composite panel 10 is taken out. At the time of the reaction, the steel sheets 111, 131 are molded into the curved surfaces by adhering closely to the molding surfaces 141, 151 respectively through blowing pressure of the resin foam material 16.
