titleOfInvention Production of fluid-permeable resin product
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the titled product without applying mechanical processing, by using a soluble structure having a given skeletal structure forming continuous pores capable of passing a fluid therethrough by disappearance, filling a resin material in the skeletal interstices and dissolving the forming material of the structure. n CONSTITUTION: For example, interstices 6 are formed between skeletons 4 of a nonrigid polyurethane foam and a fluidized given resin material polyester resin 8 is cast into the interstices 6, filled and solidified. The skeletons 4 are then eluted with a given solvent dimethylformamide to afford the aimed resin product having three-dimensionally continuous pores 10. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio
