titleOfInvention Composite adsorptive sheet
abstract PURPOSE: To reduce clogging of an adsorbent and to efficiently adsorb a vapor phase component with uniform adsorptivity by tightly sticking the adsorbent such as activated carbon on a porous sheet previously provided with a sticking agent layer by means of electrostatic flocking. n CONSTITUTION: While transferring a porous sheet material 1 formed of wood pulp fiber, synthetic fiber and nonwoven fabric or the like to the direction shown in an arrow (a) by means of rotation of a feed roll 2 and a drum 3 for adding a sticking agent, the sticking agent A such as an emulsion type is stuck on the rear thereof in a striped shape at a required interval. Then the sheet material 1 is supported with a plurality of guide rolls 6 and introduced into an electrostatic flocking equipment 7 and a adsorbent B such as activated carbon, activated carbon fiber and ceramics is anchored and bonded on the sticking agent layer A1 of the porous sheet material 1 by both the impression of high voltage and the regulation of an electrostatic field. The sheet 1 finished with the adsorbent B bonded is introduced into a drier 10, heated and dried at prescribed temp. to cure the sticking agent A. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio
