abstract | PURPOSE: To manufacture easily a simple mold where cracks are not generated on the surface of a resin mold and it is superior in heat resistance, by a method wherein a material which is obtained by arranging the whole aromatic polyamide base material on the surface of a metallic core is used and a thermosetting resin composition which is indispensably composed of cyanate resin or cyanate resin and polyfunctional maleimide or epoxy resin and liquid at a specific temperature is used as a resin ingredient of the liquid thermosetting resin composition. n CONSTITUTION: This is a manufacturing method of a resin mold where a material obtained by arranging the whole aromatic polyamide base material on the surface of a metallic core is used and a thermosetting resin composition, which is indispensably composed of cyanate resin (a) or the said cyanate (a) and polyfunctional maleimide (b) or epoxy resin (c) and liquid at a temperature of 10°C or lower, is used as a resin ingredient of the liquid thermosetting resin composition. The title method is performed under a state where a casting temperature falls within a range higher than the normal temperature and 100°C or lower and viscosity of the liquid falls within a range of 1.0×10 2 W1.0×10 3 poise, in a preferable enforcement mode.
