titleOfInvention Dispersion stabilizer for fine powdery iron sand or iron ore
abstract PURPOSE: To provide good dispersion and stabilization properties by using Guar Gum, a Guar Gum derivative and a vinyl group water soluble polymer as a dispersion stabilizer for fine powdery iron sand or iron ore. n CONSTITUTION: Guar Gum, a gum consisting of D-galactose and D-mannose, or solution with the viscosity of 50cps or more in the 1% water solution of Guar Gum derivative such as alkylene oxide additional matter of Guar Gum or the like at the temperature of 25°C,or said Guar Gum or Guar Gum derivative and vinyl group water solution polymer such as polyacrylamide, polyacrylic acid soda or the like are combinedly used, and if necessary, pH adjuster, antiseptic agent or the like is added for use. By said process, fine powdery iron sand or iron ore high concentration water group slurry of good dispersion in water can be transported by a pump, and water separation or hard cakes are not formed even if preserved for a long period of time. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio
