titleOfInvention Fine granule having excellent releasing property of medicinally active ingredient and masked bitterness
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a fine granule having masked bitterness without affecting releasing property in a small amount of a film-forming agent, by doubly coating inner core grains containing a medicinally active ingredient with a water-soluble film-forming agent and saliva-insoluble film-forming agent. n CONSTITUTION: A fine granule obtained by coating inner core granules containing a medicinally active ingredient having bitterness with a water-soluble film-forming agent (e.g. hydroxypropyl cellulose or polyvinylpyrrolidone) having affinity for the inner core grains in an amount of 1W10wt.%, preferably 3W7wt.% based on the inner core grains and then coating the outer layer thereof with a saliva-insoluble film-forming agent (e.g. carboxymethyl ethyl cellulose, methacrylic acid copolymer or polyvinyl acetal diethylaminoacetate) in an amount of 3W10wt.%, preferably 5W8wt.% based on the inner core grains. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio
