titleOfInvention Agricultural and horticultural fungicide composition
abstract PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition exhibiting synergistic effects with a small application amount of each component, comprising 1-ethyl-1,4-dihydro-6,7- methylenedioxy-4-oxo-8-quinolinecarboxylic acid and streptomycin as active ingredients. CONSTITUTION:The titled composition containing 1-ethyl-1, 4-dihydro-6, 7-me thylenedioxy-4-oxo-8-quinolinecar boxylic acid and streptomycin in a weight ratio of 1:0.2-5, blended with a solid carrier, liquid carrier, surface active agent or other auxiliaries and made into a form such as emulsion, wettable powder, suspension or dust. The composition is usable as a controller for plant blights in plowed fields, paddy fields, fruit gardens, tea plantations and lawns. Since synergistic effects of the two components are obtained, the application amount of each component is small and the composition is preferable with respect to environmental pollution and safety. The application amount of the active ingredients is usually 1-100g/a.
