titleOfInvention Seaweed fertilizer and feed koji
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a seaweed fertilizer having excellent fertilizing effects and feed KOJI having excellent feed digestibility, by slightly boiling seaweeds blended with starch, powering to give a culture medium and processing the culture medium into yeast KOJI. n CONSTITUTION: Seaweeds blended with starch are slightly boiled, powdered, and molded into a granular state to give a culture medium. Then seed KOJI is added to the culture medium, which is kept warm at about 30°C for about 3 days, mixed with a yeast solution and kept warm at about 30°C for 2 days. Then the culture medium is blended with a saccharide solution and kept warm at about 30°C for about 3 days to produce yeast KOJI, which is mixed with nitrogen and phosphoric acid as nutrient sources, heated to about 5°C to remove the yeast and then the culture medium is blended with water to produce KOJI. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio
