abstract PURPOSE: To enable desired enzyme analysis without requiring purification, by separating an enzyme in a test specimen by electrophoresis and analyzing enzymatic activity by coloring based on enzymatically active group. n CONSTITUTION: An unpurified test specimen of enzyme is subjected to electrophoresis, the prepared carrier of electrophoresis is brought into contact with a reaction solution to carry out enzymatic reaction and coloring based on enzymatic activity is measured to perform qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis of activity measurement of desired enzyme.
