titleOfInvention | Production of silicone coating agent |
abstract | PURPOSE: To provide the titled coating agent excellent in its adhesivity, strength and film-forming property, by mainly comprising a silicone copolymer produced by the radical copolymerization of a radically polymerizing monomer with specific acryl-modified silicone comprising a silicone and an acryl compd. n CONSTITUTION: A silicone copolymer is produced by radically copolymerizing an acryl-modified silicone with a radically polymerizing monomer (e.g., ethylene) preferably at amts. of 2W90pts.wt. and 98W10pts.wt., respectively, said acryl- modified silicone being produced by condensation-reacting a silicone of formula I (preferably R 1 and R 2 are methyl; n is 200W500) with an acryl compd. of formula II (R is H or methyl; m is 0 or 1; l is 0W2; X is 1W10C alkoxy or the like, preferably γ-methacryloyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane) at their ratio of 1mol. : 1.3W2mol. The produced silicone copolymer is used as a main component for the objective coating agent. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio |
