titleOfInvention Preparation of interior trim part for automobile and the like
abstract PURPOSE:To obtain an interior trim part such as a sheet and the like at a low cost, by laminating a liquid insulating material having a non-permeability against a foamable polyurethane liquid on the rear face of a fabric skin material, then setting this laminated material in a mold, pouring a foamable polyurethane liquid and solidifying it. CONSTITUTION:A fabric skin material 1 is knitted in such a way that it becomes about the same shape as the surface shape of a seat cushion. Namely, while both right and left side parts 3a and 3b of the seat cushion have expanded shapes against the central part 3c, the fabric skin material 1 has a shape coinciding with a top force 3 except both right and left side parts 3a and 3b. A laminated material 5 is prepared by pressing a water-soluble sheet 2 on the rear face 1a of this fabric skin material 1. After the laminated material 5 is set in the top force 3, a foamable polyurethane raw material 7 is poured between the top force 3 and a bottom force 4 and solidified. In this case, the water soluble sheet 2 can prevent that the raw material 7 from permeating to the surface side of the fabric skin material 1 and forming stains and the like on the surface 1b, and air-permeability of the fabric skin material 1 can be kept. Moreover, as the amt. of stretching of the fabric skin material is very small, the internal trim part can be prepared without receiving any restriction.
