titleOfInvention Vacuum pump and oxygen enriching device using said vacuum pump
abstract PURPOSE: To prevent the stay of condensed water in the discharge part by forming a gas discharge port of a diaphragm type vacuum pump means on the downstream side, in the upper and lower part regions of a gas discharge chamber. n CONSTITUTION: A vacuum pump means in the first stage is equipped with a diaphragm 10, suction valve 11, discharge valve 12, gas suction chamber 13, and a gas discharge chamber 15. A vacuum pump in the second stage is equipped with a gas suction chamber 23 and a communication port 21 to a diaphragm chamber. A gas discharge port 25 is formed so as to be positioned in the lower part of a gas discharge chamber 24. Therefore, the stay in the gas discharge chamber of the condensed water formed in the pump is prevented, and the influence of water hammer due to the suction of water into the diaphragm chamber is suppressed. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio
