titleOfInvention | Aminoethylphosphinic acid derivative |
abstract | NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (X represents H, amino acid reside which may contain protecting group, etc.; Y represents H, alkylacyl which may be substituted, etc.; R 1 and R 2 represent H or alkyl). n EXAMPLE: (1-Aminoethyl)(2-L-methionylamino-2-carboxyethyl)phosphinic acid. n USE: An antimicrobial agent useful for treating various types of infectious diseases. n PREPARATION: For example, phosphinic acids expressed by formula II (W represents amino-protecting group) are reacted with trimethylsilyl chloride in the presence of triethyl amine to afford a silyl ester intermediate expressed by formula III. On the other hand, a chloroalanine derivative expressed by formula IV (Y' represents protecting group-containing amino acid residue or protecting group-containing oligopeptide residue; R represents alkyl) is reacted with triethylamine to afford dehydroalanines expressed by formula V. Then the compound expressed by formula III is added to the compounds expressed by formula V and the product is brought into contact with water. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio |
