titleOfInvention Harness of automobile or the like
abstract PURPOSE:To make it possible to bundle wiring members so as to precisely fit to any sectional form by a method wherein one or a plurality of harnesses, each of which is produced by bundling wiring members with ultraviolet-curing resin, are provided. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of wiring members such as power lines, signal transmission lines and the like are arranged in a mold having a required sectional form. Ultraviolet-curing resin is filled into said mold and, after that, cured by ultraviolet rays. One or a plurality of harness units, each of which is produced by bundling wiring members with ultraviolet-curing resin, are equipped. Materials for ordinary power lines and signal transmission lines such as polyethylene-coated copper wire, bare copper wire, optical fiber coated with metal or synthetic resin, bare optical fiber and the like are employed as wiring members. Further, the sectional form of the mold can be freely set so as to conform to any sectional shape or wiring insertion hole, wiring trench, conduit pipe or the like. The resin having at least one post-cure property out of the electrical characteristics such as insulation characteristics, electrical conductivity when required, etc., the mechanical characteristics such as vibration resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance, flexibility, etc., the fire resistance such as self-extingushing property and flame retardancy, etc., the heat resistance, chemical resistance, weather resistance, etc. is preferable as the ultraviolet-curing resin.
