titleOfInvention | Production hyperfine particle of hardly soluble inorganic salt |
abstract | PURPOSE: To form a hyperfine particle with good reproducibility in a short time and to make the particle size distribution to be smaller by treating a hardly soluble inorganic salt in an aq. suspension contg. ion-exchange resin and producing the hyperfine particle of the hardly soluble inorganic salt. n CONSTITUTION: The hyperfine grain of ≥3W0.3μm is formed by treating the hardly soluble inorganic salt in the aq. suspension contg. 1W5pts.wt. ion- exchange resin for 1pt.wt. of the said inorganic salt. at the room temp.W110°C. Said hardly soluble inorganic salt is the inorganic salt having ≤1×10 -5 solubility at ordinary temp. and contains the inorganic compd. such as carbonate, sulfate, phosphate and halogenide. A strong acidic cation-exchange resin or a strong basic anion-exchange resin is preferably for the above-mentioned ion-exchange resin and the ion-exchange resin having almost 1W0.03μm particle size is usually used. The obtained powder consisting of the hyperfine powder is usable for pigment, coating material and bulking agent. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio |
