titleOfInvention Highly sensitive detection of amino acid derivative
abstract PURPOSE:To enable highly sensitive detection of an amino acid derivative, by using a fluorescent amino compound such as aminofluoresceine rhodamine amino derivative. CONSTITUTION:A thiazoline derivative is made to react with a fluorescent amino compound such as aminofluoresceine rhodamine amino derivative. As a result, when a phenylthiocarbamyl amino derivative is formed, an amino acid derivative is detected with a fluorophotometer with a high sensitivity.
