titleOfInvention Epoxy resin hardener
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the titled hardener which is a liquid having excellent storage stability, free from skin irritation and useful for the corrosion-protection of concrete, etc., by the addition reaction of a monoepoxide adduct containing a monoepoxide compound having a specific structure. n CONSTITUTION: The objective hardener is produced by the addition reaction of (A) 1mol. of hexamethylenediamine and (B) a monoepoxide adduct containing 0.5W3mol. of at least one monoepoxide compound selected from (i) aliphatic monoglycidyl ester of formula I (R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are ≥1C alkyl; total carbon number of the alkyl groups is 3W11) and (ii) alkylphenol monoglycidyl ether of formula II (R 4 is 4W9C alkyl; R 5 is H or 1W9C alkyl) as main component. Thee ratio of addition reaction is preferably 1.5W2.5mol. of the component B per 1mol. of the component A. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio
