titleOfInvention | Culture device for anaerobic fatty acid decomposing microorganism or the like |
abstract | PURPOSE: To efficiently remove hydrogen evolving in formation of decomposition reaction of an anaerobic fatty acid decomposing microorganism and to carry out pure culture, by taking out dissolved hydrogen passing through a gas separating membrane set in a culture solution tank to the outside of an apparatus. n CONSTITUTION: A fermented solution is sent from a solution feed drain 4 to the liquid phase of a culture solution tank 2 and separated into CH 4 and a digested solution. CH 4 is taken out and the digested solution is discharged to the outside of the tank 2. Then a liquid circulating pump 6 and a vacuum pump 7 are started, gas phases 2b and 2c in the tank 2 are made in a reduced pressure state, dissolved hydrogen and CO 2 in the fermented solution in the liquid phase 2a are permeated through a gas separating membrane 3, introduced to the gas phase 2b, passes through drains 9 and 11, discharged through a water condenser 8 from a drain 12 and the remaining gas is taken out through a pump 7. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio |
