abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a tape preparation for transcutaneous administration, causing extremely little loss of drug component and having excellent processability, dimension stability and shape stability, by applying a releasing liner made of a particular glassine paper to a tacky adhesive layer containing a nitrous acid-based coronary vasodilator. n CONSTITUTION: A tacky adhesive layer containing a nitrous acid-based coronary vasodilator (e.g. amyl nitrite, nitroglycerol, triethanolamine trinitrate, etc.) is formed on a substrate (e.g. sheet or film of polyester, polyamide, etc.) impermeable of said drug. A releasing liner obtained by releasing treatment of a surface of a laminate composed of a glassine paper (preferably having a thickness of 40W100μm) and containing ≥0.5wt.%, preferably 0.5W5wt.% PVA is applied to the surface of the tacky adhesive layer to obtain the objective tape preparation. Preferably, a water-vapor impermeable material (e.g. PE) is used as another constituent layer of the releasing liner. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio |
