PURPOSE: To obtain the titled face-washing cosmetic instantaneously exhibiting cleansing effect and massaging effect after the application to the skin and expected to have blood flow promotion effect and absorption and removal effect of waste products, by compounding spherical soft resin capsules collapsible with pressure, having a specific particle diameter and containing an oily component. n CONSTITUTION: Spherical soft resin capsule collapsible with pressure, having particle diameter of 100W800μm and containing 30W80wt.%, preferably 40W70wt.% oily component such as higher fatty acids, higher alcohols, waxes, hydrocarbons, esters, oil-soluble vitamins, oil-soluble pigments, silicone oil, etc., is compounded to a face-washing cosmetic in an amount of 0.5W15wt.%, preferably 1W10wt.% based on the whole cosmetic.
