abstract |
NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula I (Z is 1W9C alkylene; R is COOH or phosphonoxy; R 1 WR 4 are 2W60C chain acyl which may contain OH, etc.; R 5 WR 7 are H or phosphono) and its salt. n EXAMPLE: 2-Phosphonoxyethyl 2-deoxy-6-0-(2-deoxy-3-0-dodecanoyl-2-dodecanoyla mino-4-0-p-hosphono-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-3-0-dodecanoyl-2-dodecanoylamino-α--D- glucopyranoside. n USE: A preventive and remedy for infectious diseases. An antitumor agent. It has high antitumor activity and low toxicity. n PREPARATION: A compound of formula II [Q is COOR 14 (R 14 is COOH-protecting group), etc.; R 8 and R 9 are R 1 ] is made to react with a compound of formula III [R 11 is R 1 ; R 13 is PO(OR 15 ) 2 (R 15 is phosphono-protecting group) according to the reaction formula. The obtained compound of formula IV is converted to the objective compound of formula I via a compound of formula V (R 16 is H, etc.). The compound of formula II is also novel. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio |
