abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a wound healing promoter, containing a specific fatty acid as an active ingredient, having vascularization action and effective in treating wounded humans or nonhuman animals. n CONSTITUTION: A wound healing promoter containing a fatty acid expressed by formula I (R is H, 1W10C alkyl or 1 equivalent cation) as an active ingredient.
