titleOfInvention Panel frame for integrally molding synthetic resin plate
abstract PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to make a bottom in a molding tool and consequently contrive to improve the operating efficiency and to cut the cost of product by a structure wherein the bottom part is provisionally and removably installed at the frame part of a panel frame. CONSTITUTION:A panel frame 1 is a metal frame which is made of synthetic resin or aluminum and the peripheral frame part 2 of which is thick and the bottom part 3 of which is thin in wall thickness, and the bottom part 3 is provisionally installed in the middle of the frame part 2. In addition, the bottom part 3 is easily broken off by excessive pressure. The panel frame is used for tightly joining and fitting synthetic resin liquids (or thermosetting resin liquids) of different kind (or different color). Firstly, synthetic resin plate 9a is molded above the bottom part 3 and, after that, the panel frame together with the synthetic resin plate is turned upside down to remove the bottom part 3. Finally, synthetic resin plate 9b is integrally molded on the opposite side with the former synthetic resin plate.
