titleOfInvention | Coating agent having excellent rigidity and anti-fogging effect |
abstract | PURPOSE: To provide a coating agent which is useful for lenses of eyeglasses, protective glass for a liquid crystal display part, glass for vehicles, etc. and has excellent rigidity and anti-fogging effect, consisting of an acrylic graft polymer, a specified photopolymerizable prepolymer, a crosslinking agent and a photopolymerization initiator. n CONSTITUTION: A carboxyl group-terminated prepolymer obtd. by radical- polymerizing, e.g., methyl methacrylate in the presence of a chain transfer agent such as thioglycol is reacted with glycidyl methacrylate. The resulting macromer is radical-polymerized with a comonomer to obtain a ladder graft polymer such as an acrylic graft polymer (A). 100pts.wt. component A is blended with 2W20pts.wt. photopolymerizable polymer (B) composed of at least one polyacrylate selected from the group consisting of polyurethane acrylate, epoxy acrylate and polyester acrylate, 0.02W5pts.wt. crosslinking agent (C) selected from the group consisting of (meth)acrylic acid and p-toluenesulfonic acid and 2W10pts.wt. photopolymerization initiator (D). n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio |
