titleOfInvention Production of solid oily cosmetic in thin film state
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the titled cosmetic suitable for a small amount of use such as tentative supply, portable use, disposable use, by spraying slurry of solid oily cosmetic base in a thin film shape upon board and solidifying. n CONSTITUTION: A solid oily cosmetic base is blended with a volatile solvent (e.g. trichlorotrifluoroethane, ethanol or acetone) preferably volatile at normal temperature, having about 30W100°C boiling point or heated to 70W100°C into slurry state. The slurry is sprayed in a thin film state upon board, the solvent is volatilized or the thin film is cooled to give the aimed cosmetic. Since the thin film can be solidified in a short time, color unevenness can be prevented, no scaly powdery such as pearl agent, is precipitated and a cosmetic having evenly dispersed beautiful gloss can be obtained. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio
