titleOfInvention Cyclic enol derivative and production thereof
abstract NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (X is S or N which may have a substituent group; Y is direct bond, O, phenylene, phenyleneoxy or oxyphenyleneoxy; R 1 is H, hydrocarbon residue or together with N as X may form a 5-W7-membered ring; R 2 is hydrocarbon residue). n EXAMPLE: N-Methyl-3-(4-deodecyloxyphenyl)-4-hydroxy-3-pyrrolin-2-one. n USE: A treating and preventing agent for cardiovascular dysfunction. n PREPARATION: A compound expressed by formula II (Z is lower alkyl) is cyclized in the presence of a base in an organic solvent, e.g. alcohol, ether or amide, at 0W70°C for 1W8hr to afford the aimed compound expressed by formula I. An alkali metal hydride, e.g. NaH, organic alkali metal compound, e.g. potassium tert-butoxide, etc., are used as the base. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio
