titleOfInvention Transparent substrate for optical use
abstract PURPOSE: To enable the exact transfer of a stamper pattern in a metallic mold by consisting the titled substrate of a transparent thermoplastic resin compounded with an alkyl ester β-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate in which the alkyl group to form the ester part is the alkyl group of ≤10C. n CONSTITUTION: This substrate consists of the transparent thermoplastic resin compounded with the alkyl ester β-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate in which the alkyl group to form the ester part is the alkyl group of ≤10C. The deterioration in mechanical properties is thereby obviated and the generation of voids is prevented even if the transparent substrate for optical use, more particularly the substrate having a large projection area and small thickness, for example, optical disk substrate are formed by injection molding. The transferability of pits or guide grooves is good and the product which is free from the generation of flush and coloring is obtd. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio
