titleOfInvention | Photopolymerization initiator and recording medium |
abstract | PURPOSE:To form a photopolymerization initiator having a high sensitivity, which is used after being incorporated in coating materials, printing ink, adhesives, photoresist, etc., by using with a specified p-alkylamino aromatic carbonyl compound and an alpha-diketone derivative together. CONSTITUTION:The titled product is a photopolymerization initiator containing at least one member of formulas I-III and at least one member selected from among alpha-diketone derivatives. In the formulas I-III, R<1> is a 1-10C (substituted) alkyl, alkenyl, alkoxy or alkylthio group, a 6-12C (substituted)aryl group, a 6-12C (substituted)aryloxy group; R<2> and R<3> are each H, 1-4C (substituted) alkyl, alkenyl, alkoxy or alkylthio group, which may be the same or different; X and Y are non-metallic atoms necessary for forming a 5-, 6- or 7-membered ring containing nitrogen, which may be the same or different. The alpha-diketones include camphorquinone and acenaphthenequinone. |
