| abstract | PURPOSE:To obtain an interior material, in which no void is generated and which has the excellent adhesion of a raw material and a skin, by adding a second urethane foam foaming raw material to a skin material coated with an expanded urethane foam layer by spraying under the state, in which the skin material is set up to a bottom force, covering the bottom force with a top force, to which a core material is fitted, and foam-molding the raw material. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 1 is mounted to a bottom force 7, and a first urethane foam raw material 2 is sprayed and expanded. A second urethane foam raw material 4 is injected onto a foamed sprayed foamed layer 3. A core material 6 is separately set up previously to a top force 8, and the top force and the bottom force are clamped during the foaming of the second urethane foam raw material 4. A foam 5 is cured, and extracted from molds, thus acquiring the product of an interior material. |
