titleOfInvention | Human differentiation inducing factor buf-3 antibody and determination method using said antibody |
abstract | NEW MATERIAL:An antibody against human differentiation inducing factor BUF-3 having activity to differentiate and mature mouse leukemia cell to normal cell. n USE: A determination reagent for follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), a contraceptive and a diagnostic for sterility. n PREPARATION: For example, human differentiation inducing factor BUF-3 is mixed and emulsified in an adjuvant and the emulsion is administered to a rabbit by subcutaneous injection to immunize the rabbit. The rabbit is successively administered with an antigen 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 4 weeks after the immunization and whole blood is collected 11 days after the final infusion of an antigen solution into vein. The collected blood is left at rest and centrifuged to obtain an antiserum. The antiserum is precipitated with 40% saturation ammonium sulfate, centrifuged, dissolved in a buffer solution, dialyzed and purified with a DEAE sepharose column to obtain the objective antibody. FSH can be quantitatively determined by a solid-phase sandwich ELISA method using the antibody. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio |
