| abstract | PURPOSE:To obtain a resin foam with a skin where permeability to air between the skin made of cloth and the resin foam is secured, by a method wherein the skin and a flexible thin film which have been piled up each other are loaded to a vacuum molding tool and a resin foaming liquid is foamed by supplying the same in a cavity. CONSTITUTION:A flexible thin film 6 which is water soluble and nonpermeable is put upon the skin 7 made of cloth and this is put after the surface of a cavity 2. The circumferential parts of the flexible thin film 6 and sin 7 made of the cloth are pressed by putting a top force 4 on a bottom force 1 and a target form is given to the skin 7 made of the cloth by performing deaeration through a deaeration hole 3. Then a resin foaming liquid B is supplied within the cavity 2 through a casting port 5 of the top force 4. The resin foaming liquid B is a mixed liquid of polyisocyanate, polyol, a catalyst and water as a foaming agent and foamed within the cavity 2. Meanwhile, the flexible thin film 6 is dissolved through an action of reaction heat and water and absorbed into a part of a resin foam 8. In an obtained product 9, the skin 7 made of the cloth and foam 8 are joined in a body without having a foreign matter between them, favorable contacting feeling of a seating face is obtained and it is free from a blister and creases and superior in an external appearance. |
