abstract | PURPOSE: To prevent molds and various fungi apt to be developed and propagated in water taps from invading a purifier without limiting any space by interposing a purifier between a cock and a tape for running water. n CONSTITUTION: A purifier 1 consists of two sections, a main body 4 and a water cylinder section 5. Between a cock 2 and a tap 3, the main body 4 equipped with a check valve and the water cylinder section 5 equipped with a transparent cylinder 19, a concentric cylindrical filter 16 and a cap 20 are combinedly disposed. The check valve 6 is disposed on the cock 2 side of a communicating pipe through a valve 12 for switching over running water from a main pipe 11 to the communicating pipe to allow it to flow in, or stop thereat.
