titleOfInvention Integral foam-molding method for molding easily releasable foamed layer
abstract PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily release a urethane foamed layer from a product by a method wherein releasing agent is applied to the surface of an insert material, a surface onto which adhesive is applied, or a surface covered by vinyl chloride resin coating. CONSTITUTION:Organic solvent-based releasing agent 2 is applied on the surface of an insert material 1 so as to bring said surface to the determined temperature. Next, two-part urethane adhesive 4 is applied to the insert material 1 and, set on a bonding jig 6 so as to bonding-coat a pre-heated vinyl chloride resin film 5 on the material by sucking under vacuum. The resultant work is set on an top force and assembled to a bottom force, on the surface of which a polyvinyl chloride skin material 9, so as to pour urethane stock liquid in the forces for integral foamed molding, resulting in obtaining an instrument panel consisting of the vinyl chloride resin skin layer 9, a urethane foamed layer 8, the vinyl chloride resin coating layer 5 and the insert material 1. Thus, the vinyl chloride resin film layer 5 together with the urethane foam layer 8 can be easily released from the surface of the insert material.
