titleOfInvention | Method and apparatus for dissolving oxygen in liquid |
abstract | PURPOSE:To increase the amount of oxygen dissolved in a solution per hour by blowing out oxygen or a gas contg. oxygen in the liquid from the top of fine pores, and by allowing said gas to contact with a metallic catalyst at the time of blowing out the gas. CONSTITUTION:The outer circumference of a cylindrical tube 3 having fine pores 5 is rubbed with a super high speed gas stream having about 100km in the direction of shearing stress with respect to the direction of a water stream. Under said condition, in case of discharging small bubbles of the gas, the small bubbles of the gas are further minuted to particles, thereby dissolving the gas in the water. At this time, similarly, the oxygen contd. in the air dissolves in the water. And, the silver catalyst is provided at a position contacting the liquid with the gas which blows out from the pores 5, namely, as the silver of the catalyst is uniformly planted on the outer circumference of the cylindrical tube 3, the oxygen contd. in the bubbles dissolves in the liquid by contacting said small bubbles with the liquid, thereby improving remarkably the efficiency of dissolving the oxygen into the liquid. |
