titleOfInvention | Composition for oral cavity application |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain the titled transparent liquid composition for oral cavity application capable of keeping its transparent appearance even after a long-term storage without causing the clouding and precipitation, by using a heat-treated dextranase as a component, thereby inactivating lipase existing in dextranase as impurity enzyme. n CONSTITUTION: Stock powder of dextranase is heat-treated in the form of a solution of 5W12 pH at 40W65°C for 5minW5hr and the product is compounded to obtain the objective composition. The amount of the compounded dextranase is usually 100W100,000 unit per 1g of the composition, wherein 1 unit is an amount of reducing group produced in 1min in terms of μg of glucose when determined by using dextran as the substrate. The composition can be used in the form of transparent liquid product such as mouth-washing liquid, spray- type mouth wash, etc., tooth paste, moistened dentifrice, gingiva massaging cream, etc. n EFFECT: It can be compounded to tooth paste, etc., without causing the decomposition of ester-type activation agent and stably keeping the compounded components. The feeling to the oral cavity can be maintained in desirable state over a long period. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio |
